Guests were invited to discover the 14th edition of Sculpture in the City through a specially curated walking tour guided by Artistic Director, Stella Ioannou.

Following the tour, guests gathered at Bar Fogo, formerly known as Fino at Fazenda, for an exclusive tasting experience. They enjoyed a selection of complimentary canapés thoughtfully inspired by several of the sculptures featured in the 14th edition, creating a sensory extension of the artworks they had encountered throughout the afternoon.

The tasting session invites guests to discuss what parallels can be drawn from the eye to taste bud, whilst learning more about the history of the foods served.

Guests were encouraged to consider the relationship between visual art and gastronomy, exploring how artistic concepts can be translated from sight to taste. Alongside the culinary experience, they learned about the historical and cultural origins of the ingredients and foods served, exploring how both art and cuisine can communicate ideas, evoke memories, and shape experience.

The Sculpture in the City 14th Edition event programme is supported by Activations & Promotions Partner, Eastern City BID – the Business Improvement District for the Eastern City.
